Shopping with Graveyard Shift Trading Co.

These terms apply when you use shopgraveyardshift.com or shop with Graveyard Shift Trading Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent online shop based in southeastern Pennsylvania. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products and condition

We sell new goods as well as vintage and secondhand items. Review each listing’s description, photos, measurements, options, and disclosed wear before buying. Secondhand items may show signs of prior use as described. Colors can vary between screens. If you have a question about fit, condition, or a product detail, contact us before ordering.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information at checkout. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise; applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will refund payments for items we cannot fulfill. We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Offers and bundles

Discount eligibility, qualifying items, minimum quantities, expiration dates, and any combination restrictions are stated with each offer. Review your cart and checkout totals before paying. For build-your-own offers, each product category has its own qualifying count unless the offer says otherwise.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, with carrier transit time additional. Free U.S. Ground shipping applies to orders of $49 or more after discounts, before tax. See our Shipping Policy for details.

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Contact us before sending anything back. Return condition requirements, shipping responsibility, and refund details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, or misuse another person’s information. You must have the legal capacity and any required authorization to make a purchase. For knives and other regulated products, you are responsible for meeting applicable purchase, possession, and use requirements in your location. Follow product instructions and use items safely for their intended purpose.

Content and third-party services

Website text, photographs, artwork, trademarks, and product designs are protected by their owners’ rights. Do not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party links and services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
