Returns & refunds
New or secondhand, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Contact us before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in the condition received, without additional wear, washing or alterations. Keep any original tags and packaging where applicable.
For fit or change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or materially different from its description, we cover return shipping.
For secondhand pieces, check the listed measurements, photos and disclosed wear before buying. Questions? Give us a shout.
